I don't exactly identify as trans but lately I've been having a lot of days where I want a flatter chest (even though I'm pretty teeny already) and wish my body was more masculine. It's becoming a source of anxiety. Any suggestions?
well if you’re not interested in taking hormones you could try working out and lifting weights to start getting a more masculine build. If your chest dysphoria is getting really bad then you could also look into surgery in the future, I know a lot of people who aren’t on hormones that have had top surgery
